Hon. Anthony J. Graziano, J.S.C.

Hon. Anthony J. Graziano, J.S.C., is Of Counsel to Vivino & Vivino.  Judge Graziano is a retired Judge of the Superior Court of New Jersey and performs mediation and arbitration services.  Judge Graziano graduated from Villanova School of Law in 1973 and was admitted to the New Jersey Bar that same year.  Judge Graziano started his legal career with Thomas Durkin’s Law Office in Newark New Jersey, and then served as a General Attorney with the U.S. Department of Immigration and Naturalization Services.  He spent fifteen years with the Law Firm of Sekula and Graziano in Paterson New Jersey until his appointment to the Bench in 1995.  Judge Graziano worked for the Judiciary for 19 years, sitting primarily in the Civil Division, along with the Family Part.  In his 16 years in the Civil Division, Judge Graziano presided over complex products liability and medical malpractice trials, including a state record at the time 55 Million Dollar plaintiff’s verdict.  Judge Graziano spent a number of years as a public servant through his election as a Freeholder in Passaic County and Mayor of Bloomingdale, New Jersey.  He is fluent in Spanish.  Judge Graziano can be reached for mediation, arbitration, and settlement assistance through the Vivino firm.
